My VELO Rewards is a loyalty program where you earn points by purchasing VELO cans and completing activities online. These points can be redeemed for exciting rewards.

Simply scan the QR code on the bottom of your VELO can and follow the instructions to sign up. It only takes a few minutes.

3 Who is eligible to participate?

Anyone aged 18 or above with a valid CNIC can join the program.

4 Is there any registration fee?

No, joining My VELO Rewards is completely free.

5 How do I earn points?

You earn points by scanning QR codes from VELO cans and participating in activities like referrals, polls, and missions.

6 Where can I find the QR code?

The QR code is located inside the peel-off at the bottom of your VELO Berry Frost 6mg, Polar Mint 6mg, VELO Berry Frost 10mg, Polar Mint 10mg, Berry Frost 14mg and Polar Mint 14mg can

7 Which SKUs contain the QR code?

For now, the following SKUs are QR code enabled: 

  • VELO Berry Frost 6mg
  • VELO Polar Mint 6mg
  • VELO Berry Frost 10mg
  • VELO Polar Mint 10mg
  • VELO Berry Frost 14mg
  • VELO Polar Mint 14mg

Other SKUs will be added later to this program.

8 Can I scan the same QR code more than once?

No, each QR code is unique and can only be used once.

9 Is there a daily scan limit?

Yes, you can scan up to 2 cans per day.

10 Do my points expire?

Yes, points are valid until 31st December 2026. Make sure to redeem them before they expire.

11 How can I check my balance points?

You can view your points anytime by logging into your account on “MY VELO Rewards” platform.

12 What rewards can I redeem?

You can redeem a variety of rewards including free VELO cans, Velo Sound Station merchandise, Apple Smart Watch, Apple Air pods, Apple iPad and much more.

13 How do I redeem my points?

Log into your account, browse the rewards catalogue, and select a reward you have enough points for.

14 How long does reward delivery take?

Physical rewards are usually delivered within 7 working days after redemption.

15 What if I receive a damaged reward?

Please contact our support team within 24 hours and we’ll arrange a replacement after due diligence subject to Terms & Conditions.

16 Can I transfer my points to someone else?

No, points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.

17 Can I exchange or return rewards?

No, all redemptions are final and rewards cannot be exchanged or returned.

18 Can I convert my points into cash?

No, points cannot be converted into cash and can only be used for rewards.

Make sure the code is not damaged and try scanning again. If the issue persists, contact support.

Milestone rewards are bonus points you earn when you reach certain scanning milestones, such as your 10th, 50th, or 100th scan. These rewards are designed to give you extra value as you continue participating.

No, only Apple rewards such as AirPods, Smart Watches, and iPads are available in limited quantities. They are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

32 Are winners for limited rewards selected through Lucky Draw?

Limited rewards are not selected through a lucky draw. They are awarded on the first-come, first-served basis to the eligible participants who reach the required points and successfully redeem the reward, based on availability.
