What do we usually feel when using VELO products for the first time?
Most consumers usually feel a warm and tingling sensation in the first 5-10 minutes of use, and so you will feel the sensation of instant nicotine stimulation. This is normally felt for first-time VELO users.
Do VELO have (long-term) risks such as cigarettes?
General knowledge states that it is tobacco burning that causes most of the risks associated with tobacco consumption. However, Velo contains no tobacco and no combustion and does not have the same risk profile attributed to cigarettes.
How do I store VELO?
Can I tuck the VELO between my lips and lower gums (or any other position)?
For the best VELO experience, we do not recommend tucking VELO in the lower gums. Recommended usage is by tucking the VELO in the upper gums.
Can I eat/drink while using VELO?
To minimize the risk of ingesting VELO, we do not recommend eating/drinking when using VELO. If you accidentally swallow VELO, seek medical help immediately.
Can I bite/chew/suck a VELO pouch?
VELO is not intended to be bitten/chewed.
Will the taste of the product change if the packaging is already opened?
The quality and taste of the product will remain the same after the packaging is opened. However, make sure you keep the VELO in a room that is not humid with the recommended temperature below 30 degrees Celsius
