VELO New Page Follower - Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the VELO follower Campaign – Aug 24 

 The Promotion is only open to entries from Pakistan residents who are aged 18 and over and are nicotine consumers.

1. The following are not eligible to participate: 
   (a) employees of British American Tobacco Group companies;
   (b) employees or any other persons involved or assisting with this Prize Draw or otherwise professionally connected with the Promotion or its administration
    
2. The Promotion opens on 02.08.2024 from 13:00 PST and closes at 23.59 PST on 31.08.2024.

4. To enter the Prize Draw, entrants must:
   1. Follow VELOPK new Facebook page for the Prize Draw Period.

5. The prize for the winner will be an Apple Watch Series 7

         There will be one (1) prize available to be won for the Prize Draw and shall be announced.

1. There is no cash alternative, and the Prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
    
2. Entries made outside of the Prize Draw Period will not be valid and will not be accepted. 
    
3. There will be one winner selected from a random selection of all valid entries received during the Prize Draw Period. The draw will take place the week commencing 31.08.2024. 
    
4. The winners will be automatically notified by way of direct message on their Facebook account used to enter the Prize Draw. Entrants who have entered the Prize Draw and have not won a Prize will not be notified.
    
5. To redeem the Prize each winner will need to respond to the Instagram direct message sent by VELOPK. Winners will be allowed forty-eight (48) hours from the time of the message is sent to respond and provide the requested information.
    
6. If the winner does not provide the required information within forty-eight (48) hours of notification, then the winner shall forfeit their Prize and a new winner will be selected through random selection.
    
7. The Promotion is not endorsed, sponsored, or associated with any of the brands or companies related to the Prizes.  
    
8. BAT will not be liable for any internet or mobile connection, or other charges incurred in entering the Prize Draw or in a winner using or enjoying a Prize.
